Don’t Miss New Orders – Make Sure Your COI Is Up to Date

We want to remind all warehouse partners to make sure your COI (Certificate of Insurance) is current and uploaded to the Load Board. Having an up-to-date COI on file is essential for us to process and confirm any new warehouse orders. Without valid insurance, we’re unable to move forward with bookings and we’d hate for that to cause delays.

Please take a moment to review your COI and verify that it hasn’t expired. If it has, simply upload the current file through your Load Board portal. This helps us keep your warehouse active in our system and ensures that you’re ready to receive new opportunities without interruption.
