How It Works

The OLIMP Warehousing Load Board is a platform to find, bid on and book warehousing opportunities.

  • Create an Account

    Log in and enter your warehouse name and address, additional staff, certificate of insurance, and company logo.

  • Set Up Your Warehouses

    If you have more than one location, enter each location and set a primary contact for each location. The primary contact will receive email notifications when opportunities are posted within 100 miles of your warehouse address.

  • Enter Your Warehouse Details

    Enter your hours of operation, after hours (if available), services offered, features, certifications, equipment, and vehicle types available for local re-deliveries.

  • Search For & Bid on Opportunities

    Search for opportunities by distance, service dates, services needed, etc. Select the opportunity to see additional information and place your bid for the warehousing services needed.

  • Bid Accepted & Accept the Freight

    OLIMP’s Partner Success Manager will present your bid to our client and if your bid is accepted, OLIMP’s Partner Success Manager will be in touch to arrange the details of the opportunity.

  • We Pay You

    Once the order is complete, OLIMP will pay you via Comcheck, Credit Card or ACH transfer.

Load Board FAQ

  • How do I register my Warehouse?
    Register HERE - Registration is free!
  • What do I need to register?
    You will need to create an account with your company email, accept our Terms and Conditions and upload your Certificate of Insurance. You will also need to enter you address, primary contact and hours of operation on the General tab.
  • Where can I upload a Certificate of Insurance?
    On the Warehouses Tab under General, on the right side of the screen you will see a button to upload your COI. Once we approve your COI, you will gain access to the Opportunities on the Load Board
  • How do I enter my warehouse information?
    Under the Services tab you can select the services your warehouse can provide and specify pricing for each type of service. Under the Additional Details tab you can enter your warehouse environment, features, certifications, and equipment. This helps us to match warehouse opportunities to your capabilities.
  • What services does OLIMP Warehousing provide?
    Cross-docking, storage, reworks/restacks, final mile / local delivery, transloading, drayage, fulfillment, disposal, yard storage / trailer parking
  • What happens after I submit a quote?
    A Partner Success Manager (PSM) will communicate with our client and either accept or reject your quote. If there are additional questions, the PSM will contact you directly. The opportunity will also move to the Quoted tab of your Load Board
  • What happens if my quote is accepted?
    You will receive an email that your quote has been accepted. Then our PSM will contact you to finalize the details of the opportunity. The opportunity will move to the Accepted tab of your Load Board
  • What happens if my quote is not accepted?
    You will receive an email that states your quote was rejected, along with the reason it was not accepted. The opportunity will also move to the Lost tab on your Load Board
  • What if I don’t want to quote on an opportunity?
    Simply click on the Order Number and select Not Interested on the top right. This will move the Opportunity to the Not Interested tab and you won’t see it on the New Opportunities screen anymore
  • How do I get paid?
    OLIMP will pay you directly via ACH, Comcheck or Credit Card
  • What categories of staff are there?
    • Admin - Update Warehouse information for all locations, Bid on Opportunities, Add Staff
    • Manager - Update Warehouse information for your location only, Bid on Opportunities, Add Staff
    • User - Bid on Opportunities
  • Where can I see my orders?
    The Orders tab will show all Won Opportunities. You can see the order status, upload your invoice and see if it has been paid by OLIMP.
